LEVEL 01
  • 01Take the Google Phishing Quiz, then make a one-page '7 Signs This Message Is a Scam' poster with realistic (fake) Indian examples: UPI, courier, KYC and job offers.
  • 02Write 5 short attacker-mindset stories (150 words each) showing step by step how an attack on a small business unfolds, and exactly where it could have been stopped.
  • 03Create a 10-question security quiz for founders with an explanation for every answer, and test it on 10 people.

LEVEL 02
  • 01Build a 20-minute 'Think Like an Attacker' session for startup founders: walk through how an attacker researches a company from public information, then give 3 fixes they can do today.
  • 02Create a 4-week micro-learning series (one 2-minute lesson per week) on passwords, MFA, phishing and device safety, with a quiz for each week.
  • 03Deliver your training to a real group, measure quiz scores before and after, and publish the results.

LEVEL 03
  • 01Design a complete security awareness program for a 50-person startup: role-based modules (founders, finance, HR, engineers), a yearly calendar, metrics, and an incident-reporting flow.
  • 02Build an interactive choose-your-path scenario game where the player is targeted by a social engineering attack, and every choice teaches a lesson.
