Beginner

LEVEL 01

01Build a list of 30 potential partners (colleges, student clubs, incubators, NGOs) with a contact route and why each one would care.
02Write 3 outreach email templates (for a college, a startup and an NGO) and get feedback from a mentor.
03Create a one-page partnership pitch explaining what partners get from working with SecureMojo.

Intermediate

LEVEL 02

01Run a real outreach sprint: send 20 personalised messages, track responses in a CRM or sheet, and report your conversion rates.
02Plan and propose a joint event (a webinar or campus session) with a partner, including the agenda, roles and promotion plan.
03Map India's cybersecurity ecosystem (government bodies, industry associations, communities, events) as a visual.

Advanced

LEVEL 03

01Design a partnership program with tiers, benefits, an MoU outline, onboarding steps and success metrics.
02Close and deliver one real partnership or event, then write a post-mortem with numbers and lessons.
