PROOF-OF-WORK TASKS
8 TASKS

Start at Beginner and work up. Every task produces something real you can show: a report, a tool, a guide or a demo. Publish it on LinkedIn or GitHub as your proof of work.

B
Beginner
LEVEL 01
  • 01Interview 3 people (a student, a teacher, and a shopkeeper or office worker) about a weekly task that eats their time. Write a one-page 'AI could help here / AI should NOT help here' note for each.
  • 02Create a one-page 'Good AI Habits' cheat sheet: how to give context, how to check facts, and what never to paste into an AI tool (passwords, personal data, client information).
  • 03Take 5 AI-generated answers on topics you know well. Mark every error, vague claim and missing source, then publish a before/after review.
I
Intermediate
LEVEL 02
  • 01Design a 30-minute 'AI at Work' workshop for a small team or college club, with slides, a live demo and a hands-on exercise. Run it and collect feedback.
  • 02Build an AI output quality checklist (accuracy, sources, tone, bias, privacy) and test it on 20 AI outputs. Report how often each check caught a problem.
  • 03Map one real team workflow end to end (for example, writing a weekly report), mark the steps where AI fits, and measure time saved before and after.
A
Advanced
LEVEL 03
  • 01Write an AI adoption playbook for a 10–50 person startup covering approved tools, use-case tiers, review rules, data rules, and a 90-day rollout plan with success metrics.
  • 02Run a 2-week AI adoption pilot with a real group (club, team or family business). Track usage and quality, then publish a case study of what worked, what failed and why.
